WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your order, log into your account, click on the returns sections on the left-hand side and submit your form.

HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT COMPARE TO OTHER BRANDS?
We are the only brand to offer keto coffee (MCT coffee) in a ready to brew bag. We use proper freshly grounded coffee, unlike some brands who uses instant. Our coffees and creamers are packed in individual sachets for your convenience- so you can enjoy your keto coffee at work, on holiday or whenever you are away from home.
HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE ON THESE COFFEE?
Our products have up to 12 months shelf life from the date of production. We never ship out any product with less than 3 months shelf life (unless it’s in the clearance sales or free sample pack, which will be clearly stated in the product description).
IS IT SAFE TO CONSUME THE PRODUCT AFTER THE BEST BEFORE DATE?
Yes, it is safe but the quality may not be at its highest.
WHICH COFFEE IS YOUR FAVOURITE FLAVOUR?
Our favourite is the coconut flavour as it really adds depth to plain coffee. If you're a fan of coconut then you will love this one!
